THE RULES

The draw will be performed by picking among all the MTG artwork reference numbers sold during the special event.
The prizes will be drawn in the following order: The third prize will be drawn first, the second prize will be drawn second and the first prize will be drawn third.
The draw will start one month at the end of the special event.
The collectors who have refunded their lots, won't be eligible to claim any prize.
Each MTG artwork reference number will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the container for further draws.
No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to take part in the draw or win a prize.
All participants, will receive a QR code with their artwork, and will be able to check by scanning it wherever they won or not.
To claim their prize , the winners might fill a form with their personal information. Thus MTG can ship their prize.
MTG shall be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winners.
Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at that time the prize has still not been claimed, MTG will have the right to reuse it for other purposes..
Only the prizes as described and approved in the license application shall be awarded.
The value of the prizes shall include the amount of any duty, tax, sales tax or other cost. Prizes shall be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or any other encumbrances.
